El Chaparro Tire Shop

AVOID .. unless you're desperate and have no other choice but walking.... save yourself from a low-level experience by untrained, unprofessional tire jockeys. Wade past the trash and wrecked vehicles and wait in the hot, filthy warehouse to get tire service. Encounter a quote of one steep-price only to get charged a higher rate. A good dynamic tire balance should be done by someone with at least minimal training. Yeah, they don't actually do that here... 😶 When I asked them about it the guy looked at me like I had two heads. Never again. I went down the road to Firestone on Eldridge Road and had a Five-Star experience .... They patched the tire for free. Clean, cool and fair.

My recent visit to El Chaparro Tire Shop was an absolutely fantastic experience, and I couldn't be more impressed with their service! When I had an issue with my tire, I was looking for a quick and reliable solution, and this shop delivered on all fronts. From the moment I arrived, the team was incredibly efficient and professional. I was particularly impressed by how quickly they assessed the problem and got to work. My tire was fixed in less than 10 minutes, which was incredibly fast and allowed me to get back on the road without significant delay. The speed of service combined with the clear expertise of the technicians made for a truly seamless experience. The repair was done perfectly, and the pricing was fair and transparent. It's refreshing to find a place that offers such a great combination of quality work, speed, and reasonable costs. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making the entire process stress-free. They clearly prioritize customer satisfaction and getting the job done right. I highly recommend El Chaparro Tire Shop to anyone in need of tire services. Their fast, efficient, and professional approach truly stands out, making them my go-to for any future t

Don’t buy used tires from here! They installed one with a hole. They said used tires don’t have a warranty which is fine if it pops later but how are you going to install one that’s already popped? They should check them before selling them to customers. Waste of money and time. Don’t recommend this place at all. Had to take my car to a new tire shop and when they took it off, they showed my El Chaparro tire shop sold me one with previous patches on it. When El Chaparro showed me the tire, he rolled it to make sure the patches were on the top so I couldn’t see them. Very shady. He said the tires were good. Zero stars if I could.
